We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items within the United States.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging (when applicable).

  • Not show signs of damage caused after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Products created specifically for your order.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable).

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, incorrect product, or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When eligible, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

At this time, we do not offer direct product-to-product exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible product and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
